This is a bit of a specific problem and had hoped someone might be able to help. I have both cs2 and 3 installed using vista and it only happens on cs3.
when i zoom in to paint on a pictures, usually at 100% or more i can paint ok but when i press the space bar down to use the hand tool and go back to painting all of a sudden there is a delayed slow pen drag on the screen.
it really us a pain and i hope someone has come across this before. thanks
