I was working on an image about a week ago, where i did lots of experimentation with different settings and such….and when i was finished and came back to it later, i realized that i had no idea how i got to where i was, and had no way to duplicate the effect i had obtained, for say another image. now i would like to edit a similar image to match the same look…..
so is there a way to view a history of all the commands i used in the process? that way i could create an action. i noticed the actions pallette was erased the next time i came to the image, so should i just write down my steps next time? does it have to be that old school? if im experimenting with an image i certainly cant create an action, because i would have to know beforehand what i was going to do, right?
