Hi,
I am not getting the thumbnail pic, only a box with the JPG in it. I have tried to select View >Thumbnails and it doesn’t show pic. I am using View > Details, but I can’t pick a picture without seeing it. So I have to go back to Elements 3.0, find the pic and file name and add it to my document, email etc that way. Oh what a pain.
Can someone help direct me to a solution? There are a few thumbnail pics showing, but for the last 2 months, only blank boxes. I even tried to change the info in properties >show picture and it didn’t work.

PS Does anyone know what tech support phone number is for Elements? Even the pay per incident number. Thanks
