Newbie Elementry Query – Help Files

I have just started using PE 4.0 and checking Adobe’s web site I noticed that there is a "Help File" file that you can download. Where does this program go?? I know this may be an ignorant question but there isn’t a "Help" folder where my AdobePE 4 is stored.

The first time I tried to access PE4’s help file, I
couldn’t. The problem was that you have to tell
Elements 4 that you are, in fact, using Elements 4.
Look in the upper left hand corner of the help window.
Does it say Adobe help center 2? If so, click the
down arrow and change that to Elements 4.
