How do I "standardize" pictures (the colours)

Well my problem is:
I have a scanner for slides and a digital camera.
On at least one occasion I did use my digital and analogue cameras for the same event (dress-up-party for kids, BTW, 🙂 ).

As it turned out, the colors differ very much between both mediums, so how do I correct them, so that for instance skin color is the same on every picture?

I?ve been doing this the hard way, like calculating the color correction for every picture by hand (or rather by calculator 🙂 ), is there an easier way? ( like click in one picture, do some magic, click in the other picture)

TIA Gregor
