I have a photo of a rollerblade wheel that has 3 lit up LED’s at 120 degrees. Each light is a different color. I want to make an animated gif showing the wheel rolling with the colors revolveing around in a circle.
I did the rotate 15 degrees and save process but each time I rotate the wheel the image gets larger and larger. So instead of being 300 x 300 it ended up at 16000 x something after about 10 of the 15 degree rotations.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
