Export to Video Device – Device not Found, But seen by Premiere

Sony HVR-M25U firewire device. Premiere Pro CS3 is happy. Photoshop CS3 doesn’t see the device. This can be in the same session or stand-alone… absolutly no-joy… At first I thought it was an HDV issue, but this device automatically detects and up/down converts between DV and HDV as needed.
