First, this is the Photoshop Windows forum, not the Photoshop Elements forum. The place you want is the next door down the hall. In Photoshop (and most likely in Elements) Arabic and Hebrew don’t work in the English version; they run left-to-right as you note. There is a Middle East version of Photoshop, and probably one of Elements, that is optimized for the right-to-left languages common in that region.
