This just started and I can’t figure out what changed.
I use vista home premium and photoshop cs3. The program works perfectly with no problems until I want to close the program. When I close the program, I get a windows error message saying the program has stopped working and windows is trying to correct the problem. Then a window comes up saying a problem has caused the program to stop working and windows will close the program and notify me if a solution is available.
Earlier this morning, I had 2 jpeg images open, changed one and tried to save it when an error message told me that a program error occurred and it could not be saved. When I saved it as a psd file, it saved with no problems at all. Could these two be related?
I re-installed the program without removing it first and in doing so, the messages on screen said it was repairing the shared components so I figured it had found the problem and was fixing it. No joy.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?
