When I try to launch Photoshop, it simply does not respond…. no error message or anything. I do not even get the Splash Screen.
Here are some of the troubleshooting steps that I already did:
– Uninstalled Photoshop
– Ran CleanScript in level 1/2/3
– Deleted all files created by Photoshop CS3 including the Flexnet folder – Created a new Vista account
– Reinstalled Photoshop onto the desktop
– Turned off anti virus programs
– Deleted preferences folder
– Ran commands: fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\, regsvr32 vbscript.dll and regsvr32 jscript.dll
– Restarted computer
– SAME ISSUE
