Is there an easy way to add Dropshadows to text? On my site at <http://cmscritic.com> I’m in need of adding a drop shadow to my logo at the top.

Sure, in the layers palette, there is an effects icon at the bottom, click that and choose ‘Drop Shadow’, the type has to be on a separate layer to work.
