I am making a free halloween clipart <http://www.universalclipart.com/halloween-clipart.html> site. Would Adobe Photo-shop be able to change the tint of my graphics created in fireworks? I don’t want to ruin them..

Yes, PS can change tint or color or whatever else you want.

why the hell would I want to give out my info to your advertiser to get those images. they are not that great.

I went a bit further and found that you can skip the so-called "offers," and get to the download without entering any info. BUT…then the download dialog engages showing the file to come down will have an EXE extension. I don’t think so.
