I just opened a multilayer PSD file and it appears someone has managed to apply hue/saturation values non-destructively (like a drop-shadow or stroke effect). The hue/saturation layer is, well, its own layer. Everything beneath it is affected by it. Double-clicking on it in the layers window will produce the Hue/Saturation window (with custom values).
I’ve been using Photoshop for over 15 years and didn’t even know you could do this. So the next logical question is : how? 😉 How do I create this non-destructive hue/saturation layer?
Thanks.
