I have Photoshop 7 (Windows XP) and I’ve been having some problems:
1) I can’t save gif, png, bmp files but I can open them.
2) When I click on Save to Web in the file menu…the save to web
screen doesn’t open.
3) Some of my other plug-ins won’t work and their screens won’t open either.
4) When I try to jump to ImageReady…it says that it "could not fully start the application because there’s not enough memory available". Yet I can start Illustrator right after.
That’s all that I’ve noticed so far. Photoshop was working perfectly fine before but now all of a sudden they don’t. I’ve tried deleting the prefs file and reinstalling but it still hasn’t fixed any of those problems.
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to fix this??
Thanks in advance,
Kei
