We have several installations of Photoshop CS, on one of these when the Help button (or F1) is pressed the program will only access the On-Line help at the Adobe site, not the local machine help files This is an irritation as downloading can sometimes take forever, (The local Help files are all installed in the correct sub-directory and may be accessed using Windows Explorer – not an ideal solution).
Is there a preference/option that I am missing to direct "Help" to the files installed on this machine? or perhaps a registry tweak? or is it something I missed out during the initial installation? The operating systems are all W2000.
(The other installations all access their local files, with the option of advanced help from the Adobe site.)
I would be grateful for any help on this problem.
