Multiple users on the same computer

Our home computer (WinXP Pro) is setup with multiple users (my significant other, her son, and myself)… when I installed photoshop elements 5.0, I installed it from my user name. I imported pictures from Shared Pictures and put the catalog in Shared Documents. However, no one else can open the Organizer and access the catalog. It also won’t let me create individual catalogs.

What do I need to do so we can all use the this?
