I sure would like to know when the Align and Distribute functions of the move tool can be used? I use a program (among many) called “The Print Shop” and use these functions all the time making my work a joy… So why can’t we use them in Elements?

Finally found out how this business works with the move tool… You need to select more than one layer so that the Align function has some “spacial orientation” like the background layer…

As far as the Distribute function goes well that (for me) needs a little experimenting with – but you need to have at least Three layers selected with that.
I guess in theory they (the layers selected) will “distribute” themselves “in orientation” to each other – but – if you ask me, something get’s lost in translation, but I have yet to fully experiment….

Yahoooo, yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus 🙂
