group photo identification

I don’t know what it’s called. I have a group photo of a team with about 40 individuals. I want to identify each person in the photo. What I’ve seen is just the outlines of the heads and/or bodies with numbers on them and references below the picture of the numbers and names.

Is there software that will do this?

Photoshop Elements 9 will do it.

It works for me.
