Hi Conrad,

you manually have to setup support for JPEG2000 files, as outlined at the following link:
http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/329546.html

You basically just copy a file off the Adobe Creative Suite Resources and Extras 1 CD-ROM to your Photoshop/Plug-Ins/Adobe Photoshop Only/File Formats folder on your hard disk.
