I can print to my HP photosmart 3310 AIO printer in every quality mode with all my programs EXCEPT photoshop. It only allows ‘Best’ and ‘Maximum DPI’. HP said it was a photoshop issue so I’m calling on all you guru’s to help figure out what the deal is. I messed with every setting I can think of in the print setup options but the choices for ‘Fast Draft’ ‘Fast Normal’ ‘Normal’ and ‘Automatic’ are all grayed out.
I really need this working so I can do some test prints for a project due tomorrow.
edit: Ok, here’s a wierd thing. When I cmd-click and select print on the file in finder it brings up a print screen via photoshop and I can print to all the quality types without a problem. But the file opened in PS won’t give me those options… *sigh*
Thanks all!
