Suddenly my Photoshop freezes at startup. 😐
and CTRL+ALT+Del was the only solution to return to windows XP…
I found this solution and it worked like a charm for me:
"Just hold down the CTRL+ALT+SHIFT on your keyboard while loading Photoshop which will clear your preferences!"

NOTE: is NOT while you double click it’s after you do it.
