I saw a "Monkey face" with a pair of human eyes and human lips. It was a digital manipulation excellent and funny picture. I would like to create same on my computer but I have no idea how to do it because I’m new to Photoshop. Perhaps you know where is any tutorial on the net to learn this technique ?

The tools are layers, free transform, masks, and perhaps Image>Adjust>Variations as a final touch to make the colors match.
