Error Msg in Photoshop 7.0

I’m using Photoshop 7.0 and well, everything worked fine until… tried typing using a 8 sized font. But it automatically change it t 13.33 poping a window saying ‘ a value between 13.33 and 172800.00 i required. Closest value inserted’ and it happened after I used the sized font on different images, many times before. Plus it only happen on certain images… if I created a new images (regardless it’s size it won’t pop the error. How can I fix this

Create a new image? Don’t use the old image?
