I want to make the "water" effect in Photoshop 7 for the Web design but I don’t know how to do it. Please help me show what to do if anyone knows?

Water drops, pouring water, or something that looks like a lake? Or maybe pond ripples?

Or try a Web search for water tutorial. There are only a couple dozen different approaches out there.
