I would be grateful for advice on PhotoShop CS:

1. Does it have the ‘stitching’ application for panoramas that is available in Elements 2 and 3 ?
2. If it does have the ‘stitching application, how does it compare with the application in Elements 2 and 3?
3. If I install the upgrade, will PhotoShop 7 retain the present serial number or is it replaced by a new serial number in the upgrade?

Yes.

Dunno but it seems to work fine the few times I’ve tried it.

3. If I install the upgrade, will PhotoShop 7 retain the present serial number or is it replaced by a new serial number in the upgrade?

Keeps the original #.
