PHOTOSHOP CS SHORTCUT NOT WORKING

I just install my photoshop CS but most of the shortcuts doesn’t work.

CTRL key isn’t working either (i have photoshop 7 installed too and it works perfectly) i cannot either edit my own shortcut, none key is working
I cannot write in.

what’s wrong, i don’t get it, on PS7 everything is running ok without any problem !
