I currently have Photoshop Elements 2.0 What kind of effects can I use? Can I download any other effects or brushes? Should I upgrade to another program?
Let me know. I am an artist who is going to use a graphics drawing pallett but want to know what program will work.

You also can try Expression 3. A vector program with some very nice painterly features. It’s currently available for free after you register and jump through a few hoops at Microsoft.
