Soon I will have hundreds of high pixel Bitmap files all of the same dimension. (I have to zoom at 1/3x to view it on the screen). All files will be in one folder or directory.

What I want automated:
resize each file to fit in 800×600 pixels
save that as a JPEG file (of the quality I choose)
keep the original and output file to separate folder

Can this be done easily with Photoshop 6? I know Paint Shop Pro can do the conversions if I have something else to do the resizes.

Chapter 15 in your User Guide explains exactly how to do it. ——————————-
