Why isn’t my adobe monitor calibration in my control panel?

Can the monitor calibration program be found elswhere? It’s not in the regular spot in the control panel.

Do you have administrator rights on the computer you’re on?

Then you won’t have access to it. Adobe Gamma requires administrator rights.

I should add the obligatory–As far as I know. Someone else may know better than I do.

I don’t recall why, but I’ve seen cases of Adobe Gamma not being installed in the control panel even on systems where I had administrative rights. You may have it on your system in a less obvious area… C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration

Look for Adobe Gamma.cpl, right-click, and select Open With Control Panel. A double-click usually will do the same thing.
