Files for sewing software

I have someone wantig some image files in the following file types:

..ART (Bernina artista)
..PES (Brother, Babylock)
..PEC (Brother, Babylock)
..HUS (Husqvarna/Viking)
..PCS (Pfaff)
..PCD (Pfaff)
..PCQ (Pfaff)
..SEW (Janome/Elna/Kenmore)
..CSD (Poem, Huskygram, Singer EU)
..XXX (Singer)
..SHV (Husqvarna/Viking)

Does Photoshop do any of these? I havn’t found any. Are there any plugins that will help?

Photoshop doesn’t deal with these files natively, nor through any Adobe-supplied extra plugins. You may find what you need by reading the following thread and following the links. Note: This came from the Mac/PS forum, so I can’t guarantee any Windows joy.

All of those file types are embroidery file type. Different embroidery machines use different types of files and you can not use a graphics program to make them. You need embroidery digitizing software.
Do a google search for PE Design by Brother, or Artista by Bernina. That is the type of software needed for those file types.
