Connot find NEFlibrary3PS.dll on specified path

For some reason now when I start Photoshop 7.0, I get a message stating that it "cannot find NEFlibrary3PS.dll on the specified path". It then loads PS Okay, but I’d like to get rid of this message. I’ve searched my system for this file and cannot find one by that name. Ay clues?

Maybe this has something to do with a plug-in that has become corrupted?
