Hi all.

I would like to know if there are plugs out there to
free-form-distort(spline-based…) images in photoshop.

You know about the built-in liquefy command? This was added, I believe, in version 6, and it does pretty much what you’re describing. —

CTRL+SHFT+X is the Liquefy Command. In Photoshop 6, it is located at the bottom of the Image Menu, and in later versions it was moved appropriately to the Filter Menu. In 6, you don’t have the option of zooming in, but you can get the same effect by making a selection prior to Liquefying.

Interesting site but it seems to run into a dead end after lesson 10. I tried to let them know but the contacp page did not work for me.

Sorry! The site is unfinished. It was a project I was working on when I was in school and it was on a completely different server, so the contact form no longer works. I put what I had on my Comcast server space to show a person who posted in a Dreamweaver NG what can be done with layers.

Sorry! I should’ve mentioned that in my earlier post.

Pretty cool getting the "marching ants" selections to show up on a Web page though, huh?
