Lost my Tools PS 6.0

I slipped on my mouse somehow and ended up with Tools disappearing. In their place is just the Photoshop "eye" which links to <http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html?awe_1710>
This eye opens and closes when clicking on Window/Show Tools or Hide Tools. What are my options to recover the Tools?

Double click on the blue bar just above the adobe eye. It has been collapsed. Double clicking on the bar will expand it.
