In Windows, we can only move the window by the top bar. The top bar of my file browser window is hidden by the main menu bar, and I cannot get it with my mouse. As a result, I cannot see the top inch or so of the file browser which shows the navigation tree, address display, palette menu button, or even the top of the thumbnails.

Can someone tell me how to move the browser window in Windows? Thanks!

Simply left-click on the tab labeled File Browser and drag down.

The file browser window can then be redocked by left clicking on the right pointing triangle in the upper left of the file browser window — select Dock to Palette well
