opening photo in ps 7

Hello
I recentaly upgrade to a new computer. Ive reinstall all my programs and Photo shop 7 is one of them. My question is that when I click on a picture in my documents to open in Photoshop,it opens photoshop but not the pic. I have set (open with) to photoshop. on have the photoshop icon on my pics, they just dont open.

Can you open them if you start up PS first then go the File>Open route?

Thanks for the answer.I usally look there first, but got a little lazy.What is ment by select your photoshop executable? If its not on the list where do I select it from

When you Select "Open With" click on "Choose Program". You will get a pop-up selection box. Scroll through until you come to "Adobe Photoshop" Select that and check the "Always Use this program to open these files".
