Is anyone familiar with this error "PHOTOSHOP caused an invalid page fault in module PHOTOSHOP.EXE at 0167:00bfbf0c"? When this happens, PHOTOSHOP shuts down.

this kind of error is usually a dll conflict. what os? all patches installed? what recent installations have you done? system (hardware and software) details please!

Thanks for your reply. The pc I use for PHOTOSHOP 7 is a DELL w/ Win98. No patches have been installed, this computer does not have a modem. Recently a file retrieval program was used on this computer, and now when I view certain files in the PHOTOSHOP browser, I get the error message and the program shuts down. Is it possible to download a patch to another computer and some how install it on this one?

You should check for updated video drivers, mouse drivers and printer drivers for your machine….
