What is the earliest version of Photoshop that can be used to upgrade to Photoshop CS?

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– in 4 materials (clay versions included)

If I recall correctly, all the way back to 3 is upgradeable, but not as straightforward. From what I’ve read, 5.5 on up are straightforward, but you may need Adobe Customer Service to help with installs prior to that.

Someone will be along shortly to confirm it, I’m sure.

Well, I will post the details of what I had to do on Monday, when my PSCS arrives, and I upgrade from PS 3.0.

It doesn’t exist for Windows. First version was 2.5 and is eligible.

Shouldn’t there be a FAQ specific for CS with the CTRL key, the activation, the earlier upgrade… the signal to noise ratio is not that good those last days…
