Hmmm…it seems someone might be using an activation crack. I wonder who that could be? Maybe someone here has an idea? If someone suggests a solution of removing said crack, then someone might learn that some problems such as this are better left unquestioned, particularly in a forum sponsored by the manufacturer of that software.
You know, if everyone went by the name of someone, then noone here would likely be thought of an an artist, since it shows such lack of imagination.
Someone must be tired to be writing some such nonsense as this. 😉 Yep, I am.
Please contact Adobe Customer Support, they have a surprise waiting for people whose copies are showing this problem.

Before you all snap on everyone who might ever report problems like this, you should do a bit of research, too.
Users who have the first-generation Logitech Freedom series keyboards who use the USB interface for the keyboard, can actually run into this occasionally. If you plug the keyboard in AFTER the PC has started up, Photoshop CS just plain refuses to recognize it. The studio I work at doesn’t have cracked copies, but we kept running into issues similar to that before we discovered the root cause.

Hey thank you very much, the keyboard was the problem, as I am using a registered copy of the product, and if it is cracked then maybe I should speak to my school as they give me the software with my computer. So like someone already suggested, before you assume people are using illigal copies of the software maybe you should do some reasearch as well and find out what it is that is actually causing these issues.
Either way thank you to the person who helped me out with the keyboard thing.
What was the brand of the KB? so we can know wich ones are causing the problem?
I thought "someone" said they had a laptop and no mention of using an external keyboard, otherwise the experienced people here would not have jumped to conclusions.
