Hello
When i try to write in photoshop the word "HTML" (capitals letters only) it’s change the "TM" in the word to the tradmark symbol. what can i do if i need to write "HTML" in capitals letter?
I’m using photoshop 6 ME windows

Are you sure it is Photoshop doing this? This sounds like autoformatting in MS Word (which can be turned off in Tools). I have never heard of it happening in Photoshop, although I admit I have never used the ME version.
