This is strange one! I activated the levels window to adjust a photograph and it did not appear. Not only did not appear but photoshop froze. I had to do a control alt delete to close the program and start over. All the other adjustment tools appear to be working just fine. Did I accidently cause the this one tool to dissapear when activated and how do I get it back?

Have you changed screen resolutions lately or had a dual monitor setup? If so, your dialog box may be off screen. See the faq on Missing Dialog.

Tony, Thanks for answering, I tried the fax on missing dialog box, tried resetting resolution on both screens to largest but still couldn’t find levels box. What happens is the sample Eye dropper comes up and the program locks up. I tried uninstalling photoshop and re-installing but the same thing is happening. All the other adusting tools, including and curves tool, work just fine. I also tried re-setting the work space to its default setting but still no help. Do you have any other ideas that I might try?
