I want to re-use just an alpha channel. How can I export just the alpha channel as a tif file? I am using photoshop 6.

Copy the channel to a grayscale file, and save.

Or just save it in the existing file.

Or to save space… just delete all the other channels and save the file… remember to give it a different name 🙂
