ok, I’ve spent 3 hours on this problem. I’ve got a watermarking droplet, but it doesn’t work. I get the error message, "Could not complete this operation becasue this application is not an imageReady droplet and therefore cannot be opened." No error code, just an "ok" button.

after very carefully reconstructing the droplet piece by piece, i found that the problem was a change to the Fill Opacity of a text layer (or a raster layer, for that matter).
I’m making a layer about 15% opaque and then adding glow and bevel effects around the ghost of the text, but if i can’t change the fill opacity, then i don’t know how to accomplish this goal.
I am using ImageReady instead of Pshop because of imageReady’s layer position command, which doesn’t exist in photoshop, afaik.

Does anyone have any idea how i can get ImageReady to accept a fill opacity change in a droplet? I’m on XP (on both of my systems, which both have the same result. Gah!
