I am using Photoshop CS.
I have several images that I have scanned. They are not all the same image size; however, if cropped properly what I need to see can be within the same size. I am placing the pictures in an InDesign file. I need all the pictures to be the same size, without distorting the image. Is there a way to set the size to crop to? I am having trouble making each picture exactly the same. I have to keep recropping to hope that when I go to image size I can get it.

I am sure there’s an easy way .. but I can’t find it!

Thanks

why not just "crop" them with InDesign frames of the same size?

Just set your rectangular selection tool to "fixed size" and set your intended size there, then make your selection. Then go to "image/crop" to crop it to the selection size. Done!

Thank you for all your suggestions. I am also using InDesign’s Package command so that I can send everything to a printer. So I am not sure which way, sizing in InDesign of Photoshop (using either one of the 2 suggestions) is the best way. I tend to think Photoshop and will try that way!

Thanks again
