With Photoshop 7 this is what usually happens.

1) XP by itself – explorer previews of jpg etc but NOT photoshop psd files

2) Once you install Photoshop 7 .psd files will also preview in explorer.

I have just installed Photoshop CS / 8.0 and there is no image preview.

Has anyone else seen this or got it working.

I noticed that photoshop now has an explorer/browser built in so maybe the explorer preview has been removed.

Strange, I just looked and my .psd files show up as thumbnails in windows explorer. I am running XP Home, and PSCS. Why is this if you say CS no longer provides thumbnail icons of .psd files through the operating system folder windows. They sure seem to work in my version.
