I have upgraded to CS and noticed 7.0 is still on my computer should I remove the old program or leave it.

Whatever you want. My advice: leave it until you’re sure that you’re comfortable with CS and that there are no bugs.

Carroll,

I strongly encourage you to leave PS7 on your system if you can afford to from a drive space standpoint. I’ve seen problems on my system with PS CS that cause the program to abort suddenly, and I’ve yet to nail down what is wrong. I thought the problems were related to Norton products, but I’ve pretty much ruled that out. I’m about to go in and start completely fresh, reinstalling WinXP and all the updates inclusive of service pack 1, then install PS CS as my only other software installation. If the problems still exist, then I’ll know that there is either a conflict with my system hardware (unlikely) or simply between PS CS and the latest update of WinXP SP1. Until I resolve the problems, PS7 gives me the only trustworthy way go about any image editing without risking a loss of work due to a sudden abort or program error in PS CS.

Regards,

Daryl
