Canon 300D RAW: Photoshop CS vs C1 Rebel, which one is better?

I am starting to do mostly RAW shots with the 300D and wonder which software offers better quality, convenience, speed, etc. to deal with these RAW files.
I’d like to ignore prices in this comparison.

I also have a G3 and P CS seems more convenient. But there seems to be few adjustments that can be made with the G3 RAW anyway. Am I correct? Thanks for any information.

I think C1 is better from a ‘work flow’ POV.

No. There are many adjustments that can be made. Sharpness, color balance, color temperature, adjustments for lenses, brightness, contrast. More.

Adobe has some tutorials on using the RAW plugin on their web site.
