We purchased the Adobe Digital Video Collection for PS 7, AI 10, Premiere 6.5 and AE. We were just told that there was not an upgrade path for us. Not sure why not.

We are now being told that in addition to the license fee, we also have to pay for a media kit, the kit that includes the instructions and CD.

I have never seen it done this way before. Is this new? Any idea why they are doing this?

each piece in the collection is individually upgradable. i.e. full versions.

if you bought a multipak corporate licence, you may indeed need to buy 1 set of disks to install it. then you keep buying only licenses.
