Automate Picture Package

The automate-picture package is not grayed out yet it doesn’t launch when I click it. The layouts still appear in the layout folder. All other automated tasks function.

The picture package appeared a day ago.

Any suggestions? Using Photoshop 7. Win XP with plenty of ram and hd space.
