This application has failed to start because ijl15.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Reinstalled without any luck. Any ideas?

Look for third party plugins that aren’t installed correctly, or TWAIN/WIA drivers.

That’s right. I had the same problem last week (missing IJL15.dll). It turns out I had the Neat Image plugin in the additional Photoshop plugins folder, but I had not installed the Neat Image program itself… The problem went away after I installed Neat Image.
