I just installed Photoshop CS today, and I’m having a serious problem. Everything works fine if I go through the menus, but my keyboard shortcuts don’t work. Ctrl-whatever, Alt-whatever, etc. Nothing works. This is a major issue for me, and if I can’t resolve it, I’m uninstalling, returning and reverting back to PS7.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Has anyone else had this problem?

You could have spent less time searching the forum than you did posting this and you’d already have your answer.

It’s covered in the FAQs but the two main reasons are illegally hacked copies or the need to reinstall your keyboard drivers.

also if you’re running a program like trillian that steals keyboard mappings that might be the problem.
